The Event: Arbonne Global Training Conference (GTC)

The Global Training Conference is Arbonne’s flagship annual event, serving as the definitive stage for its global community of Independent Consultants. Hosted in Las Vegas, this high-energy immersion brings together thousands of attendees for major product launches, business training, and recognition. It is the most critical touchpoint in the Arbonne calendar, designed to align the field under a unified vision for the year ahead.

Art Direction & Creative Leadership

For Arbonne’s Global Training Conference 2026, I spearheaded a pivotal shift toward a sophisticated, editorial-led brand identity. Working closely with the CMO, I developed a visual strategy that directly aligned with the field’s desire for a deeper emotional connection and a more modern aesthetic. By seamlessly blending "Science and Nature" into a single, cohesive narrative, I reimagined existing brand photography through tactile textures and moody, naturalistic lighting—effectively transitioning the brand into a contemporary, luxury wellness powerhouse.

Following the departure of our Creative Director just weeks before the event, I stepped in to lead the full creative execution. Working side-by-side with our video, copy, and experiential teams, I unified our disciplines to bring the CMO and CEO’s strategic vision to life across every touchpoint. From digital campaigns to the massive in-person experience in Las Vegas, I ensured a 360-degree brand immersion that was enthusiastically embraced by the consultant field, effectively redefining the brand’s future through a singular, high-impact creative lens.
